- How does the Cabjaks ordering process work? Our designing and ordering process is all customer-led through our online planners. We do not offer on-site designing, quoting or installing services, but our team is always happy to help you through your ordering journey.
- What are your cabinets made from? The board we use is Laminex 16mm TE White Melteca board with a white satin finish and 1mm PVC edging. All of our board is manufactured in New Zealand from sustainably grown New Zealand pine.
- Do you manufacture custom cabinets? We do not offer custom cabinet solutions. All available cabinets and sizes can be found on our website or in the online planners.
- What is the warranty? We offer a 10-year warranty on all of our products and a lifetime warranty on all hardware. If there is ever an issue with workmanship, quality, hardware or fittings, we replace them at no cost.
