Referral, Affiliate and Partner Disclosure

Cabjaks Assembly Limited may operate referral, affiliate, partner, ambassador or similar programmes where individuals, businesses or organisations may receive a commission, reward, credit, discount, payment or other benefit for referring customers to Cabjaks.

If you are participating in one of these programmes, you must clearly disclose your relationship with Cabjaks when recommending, referring, promoting or linking to Cabjaks products, services, offers or website pages.

This disclosure must be clear, honest, upfront and easy for the customer or referee to understand. It should be made before or at the time the referral, recommendation, promotion or link is shared.

For example, if you may receive a commission, reward or other benefit from Cabjaks, you should clearly tell the person you are referring. Suitable wording may include statements such as:

• “I may receive a commission if you purchase through my referral link.”
• “I’m part of the Cabjaks referral programme and may receive a reward if you buy.”
• “This is a paid referral/affiliate link.”

Participants must not make false, misleading or exaggerated claims about Cabjaks, our products, pricing, discounts, delivery timeframes, warranties or any other aspect of our business.

Cabjaks Assembly Limited may suspend, cancel or withhold referral or affiliate rewards where a participant does not comply with these disclosure requirements, our programme terms, or applicable advertising and consumer laws.

Refund & Return Policy

We will replace or exchange goods if:

• The item is damaged; or
• The item is incorrectly described on the website.

When a customer uses or installs a product, they acknowledge acceptance of the quality of the product supplied. In this way, Cabjaks Assembly Limited fulfils the conditions of any quality guarantee or satisfaction guarantee, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

If we are unable to replace goods, we will offer you a refund.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original invoice. All freight charges are non-refundable.

If you receive defective or damaged goods, please contact us via email at info@cabjaks.co.nz and clearly state the problem.

Please include the following information:

• Invoice number;
• Item description;
• Date of purchase; and
• Daytime phone number.

Cabjaks Assembly Limited will contact you within 2 working days with the procedures to resolve the issue under the guidelines above.

Cancellation Policy

As long as we have not started to produce your order, we are happy to refund you in full.

If you make mistakes or errors, we will work with you to resolve the problem where possible.

If you have ordered the wrong or extra white products from us, we are happy to provide you with a refund as long as those goods are returned to us in “as new” condition.

Our colour products and benchtops are manufactured individually to order, so we are unable to refund these items once manufacturing has begun.

Warranty

We offer the following 10-year product warranty for Cabjaks cabinets, wardrobes and benchtops.

Cabjaks Assembly Limited warrants its cabinets, wardrobes and benchtops to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the products and is non-transferable.

This warranty covers Kleenstone and Primestone, particle board, hardware and workmanship, including delamination, bubbling and other manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover installation errors (unless a workmanship claim is made on an engineered stone top), modification, misuse, normal wear and tear, impact damage, or water damage, including damage caused by exposure to liquids, steam, excessive heat or humidity.

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Cabjaks Assembly Limited will refund, repair or replace the affected product at our sole discretion. If the product is no longer in production, Cabjaks Assembly Limited may replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.

To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Cabjaks Assembly Limited with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Cabjaks Assembly Limited will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the warranty claim.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law.
