About Cabjaks Kitchen cabinets
Kitchen cabinets made to order in New Zealand
Cabjaks kitchen cabinets are modular, with a set range of widths, depths and heights that fit together into a layout of your own design. Base, wall and tall cabinets can be combined in our Kitchen and Laundry Planners to create different cabinet layouts. Kitchenettes are a separate product: fully assembled units with integrated toe kicks, usually used on their own, and are not available in the planners.
Our cabinets are built in our Pakuranga factory from 16mm melamine board with PVC edging, with hinges and drawer runners supplied by Hafele NZ. Cabinets arrive fully assembled, so there is no cabinet assembly step between delivery and installation.
Pricing updates as you design your layout in the planner and select your cabinet options. Standard white is the most affordable option, with colour fronts and panels available as an upgrade. To compare white and colour pricing in the planner, first design your plan in a colour other than white. You can then toggle between the colour and white prices. Laminate kitchen benchtops and stone kitchen benchtops are ordered through the Benchtop Planner.
Cabinets are manufactured to order. You choose your preferred manufacture date at checkout, then collect from the factory in Pakuranga, Auckland, or have your order delivered anywhere in New Zealand.
If you have a plan, sketch or quote already, send it through and the team will point you to the right cabinets, or help you build the layout in the planner.
Cabinet FAQs
Kitchen cabinet Questions
How much do kitchen cabinets cost in New Zealand?
The cost depends on the number of cabinets, their sizes and the finish. Cabjaks shows cabinet prices on the product pages and updates your total in the Kitchen Planner as you build your layout. Standard white is the most affordable option, with colour fronts and panels available as an upgrade.
Are Cabjaks kitchen cabinets kitset or flat pack?
No. Cabjaks kitchen cabinets are delivered fully assembled, so there is no cabinet assembly step between delivery and installation.
How long do kitchen cabinets take?
Our kitchen cabinets are made to order. You choose your preferred manufacture date at checkout. Check our Production Lead Time page for the current lead time, and allow additional time for delivery if required.
Can I get cabinets in a custom size?
We offer modular cabinets in a set range of widths, depths and heights. We do not make custom-size cabinets. Our finishing panels come in standard sizes, and filler panels can be cut to suit by your installer on site. For custom-sized panels, use our Custom Panel Tool.
If you have gaps to fill or your space needs a different sizing solution, contact our sales team. They can help you find the best combination of cabinets and panels for your space.
