Promotion Summary

During the promotional period, Cabjaks Assembly Limited is offering customers a 50% discount on the standard cost of upgrading from white frontages and panels to coloured frontages and panels for kitchen orders. The discount is applied via a flat-rate reduction across all qualifying colour upgrade products.

1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to all customers aged 18 years or older residing in New Zealand. Employees of Cabjaks Assembly Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are welcome to participate.

2. Promotion Period

The “Half Priced Colour Kitchen Upgrade” promotion begins on Wednesday 1 July and ends on Wednesday 30 September, unless extended or terminated earlier at Cabjaks’ sole discretion.

3. Offer Details

• The promotion applies only to colour kitchen orders placed during the promotional period.
• The discount is applied as a percentage reduction on all qualifying coloured products, frontages and panels.
• The offer applies exclusively to product upgrades from standard white to any available coloured options.
• The promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless expressly stated.
• Cabjaks benchtops are excluded from the promotion.

4. How the Discount is Applied

The 50% discount on the cost of your colour upgrade is applied automatically during the checkout process. The pricing reduction is clearly noted prior to payment.

5. Conditions

• Orders must be confirmed and paid in full prior to manufacturing, unless agreed in writing by Cabjaks prior to placing your order.
• The offer is limited to Cabjaks colour products only.
• This promotion is non-transferable and has no cash value.

6. Changes and Termination

Cabjaks Assembly Limited reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time, for any reason. All existing paid orders will be completed in full should the promotion be terminated for any reason.

7. Disputes

This promotion and its terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating in this promotion, customers release and hold harmless Cabjaks Assembly Limited, its affiliates, agents, and employees from any liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in or reliance on this promotion.

9. Privacy

All customer information collected in relation to this promotion will be handled in accordance with Cabjaks Assembly Limited’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of processing the promotion and customer communications.

Cabjaks 'Free Upgrades' Promotion

Promotion period: 15 April 2026 – 30 June 2026

1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is Cabjaks Holdings Limited (Cabjaks), a New Zealand–based company specialising in modular cabinets and wardrobes. Cabjaks is incorporated in New Zealand and this promotion is offered to New Zealand residents only.

2. Promotion Period

The Cabjaks Free Upgrades promotion runs from 15 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 inclusive ("Promotion Period"). Purchases made outside this period are not eligible.

Cabjaks reserves the right to modify or curtail the Promotion Period should it decide it is necessary to do to so.

3. Eligibility

This promotion is open total customers who purchase pre-assembled cabinets from Cabjaks at regular online retail prices during the Promotion Period.

The promotion applies to purchases made through Cabjaks' official online store or instore at our showroom.

4. What is Included in the Free Upgrade Promotion?

During the Promotion Period or until such time as sufficient stock is no longer available, the following standard cabinet hardware will be upgraded to premium alternatives at no additional charge, where an existing upgrade option is available:

• Standard hinges → upgraded to soft-close hinges
• Standard drawer runners → upgraded to soft-close drawer runners
• Standard handles → upgraded to designer handles (as available from the Cabjaks range at the time of purchase)

The specific upgrade options available for each product will be as displayed on the Cabjaks website at the time of ordering.

5. How to Redeem

To receive the free upgrade, customers must:

• Place an eligible new order with Cabjaks during the Promotion Period;
• Input UPGRADEME as the discount code when you check out.
• One time use per customer

This offer applies to new orders only. It does not apply to orders placed prior to the Promotion Period, including orders that are subsequently modified during the Promotion Period, or to orders on backorder that were originally placed outside the Promotion Period.

6. Exclusions

The following are excluded from this promotion:

• Cabinet lines or hardware categories for which no upgrade option exists;
• Benchtops, wardrobes and other non fully assembled cabinet items
• Orders placed outside the Promotion Period;
• Custom or bespoke items not available at regular online retail prices;

This promotion cannot be combined with any other Cabjaks discount, offer, or promotional pricing. Where a customer is entitled to more than one discount or promotional benefit, only the greater of the two will apply.

7. Returns and Cancellations

If an order placed during the Promotion Period is cancelled or returned, any refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid by the customer. The free upgrade has no separate monetary value and is not refundable, transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

The decision of Cabjaks in relation to any aspect of this promotion is final and binding. Cabjaks will endeavor to respond to all enquiries within five (5) business days.

9. General Conditions

• Cabjaks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud, stock limitations, technical failures, or other circumstances affect the proper operation of the promotion.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
• Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
• These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with Cabjaks' standard Terms & Conditions, available on the Cabjaks website.

10. Privacy

Cabjaks collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and its Privacy Policy, available at www.cabjaks.co.nz.

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and fulfilling orders. With your consent, it may also be used to send you marketing communications about Cabjaks products and services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting Cabjaks at the details provided in Section 8.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable New Zealand law, Cabjaks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or the use of any upgraded hardware.

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits Cabjaks' liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
