Assembly steps
-
Assemble the drawer base
Place the drawer base panel between the two metal drawer sides. Make sure the sides are facing the correct way, with the front fixing areas positioned at the open end of the drawer.
Secure the drawer base to the drawer sides using the supplied 16mm screws.
- 450mm-deep drawers: use four 16mm screws.
- 600mm-deep drawers: use eight 16mm screws.
-
Install the drawer back
Slide the rear connector brackets and wooden back panel vertically into the recesses at the back of the drawer sides.
Once the back panel is sitting correctly, secure it using four 16mm screws through the rear connector points.
If it is easier, attach the rear connector brackets to the back panel first, then slide the assembled panel into place.
-
Fit the drawer front brackets
Place the drawer front face-down on a clean, flat surface. Insert the front connector brackets into the pre-drilled holes on the back of the drawer front.
Lock the brackets into place by turning the fixing screws 90 degrees.
-
Unlock the drawer sides
Before attaching the drawer front, check that the front locking mechanism inside each drawer side is in the unlocked position.
- Locate the locking mechanism inside each drawer side.
- Use a screwdriver to unlock the mechanism if required.
- Check both sides before fitting the drawer front.
The drawer front will not clip into place correctly if either locking mechanism is still locked.
-
Attach the drawer front
Line up the front connector brackets with the openings at the front of the drawer sides. Push the drawer front onto the drawer box until both sides click into place.
You should hear a click when each side is secured. If you are having trouble, lay the drawer front flat and lower the rest of the drawer box onto it from above.
