You will need
- 1x 40mm Screw
- 4x 16mm Screws
- 2x 28mm Screws
- 1x Pair of drawer front brackets
- Plastic front and back glass connectors (L/R pairs)
- Front metal glass supports
- Rear connector brackets
- Drill and 5mm drill bit
- Philips screwdriver
- Impact driver and #2 screwdriver OR #2 Square head screwdriver
Drawer Assembly
Optional step: For drawers with handles, use 5mm drill bit to drill through pilot holes.
Step 1
Push drawer front brackets into pre-drilled 8mm holes.
Use Philips screwdriver to tighten screws on either side.
Step 2
Line up front metal supports with pre-drilled holes above drawer front brackets.
Use 16mm screws to secure supports in place.
Step 3
Press in left and right drawer sides by lining up with front brackets, use a screw driver to adjust the side screw until it clicks into place.
Step 4
Use 28mm screws to secure the rear connector brackets to the drawer back. Repeat on both sides.
Step 5
Slide drawer base into position.
Step 6
Slide prepared drawer back into position until it clicks.
Step 7
Drill pilot hole in centre of drawer base using 5mm drill bit.
Then use 40mm screw to secure the drawer base to the drawer back.
Step 8
Slide front plastic glass holders into left and right positions on top of metal supports.
Step 9
Install rear connectors on to glass sides and install glass into front and rear plastic holders.
Step 10
Cover adjustment screws with plastic side covers.
