1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Cabjaks Holdings Limited (“Cabjaks”), a New Zealand–based company specialising in modular cabinets and wardrobes. 
 

2. Promotion Period: The Cabjaks “Spin & Win” promotion runs from 1 October 2025 to 30 November 2025 inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Spins made outside this period will not be valid. 

 
3. Eligibility: Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. 

Employees of Cabjaks, its agents, and related companies, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to participate. Each participant may spin the wheel once per person during the Promotion Period, unless otherwise authorised by Cabjaks in writing. 

 
4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must: 

Visit the Cabjaks website or other promotional platform hosting the “Spin & Win” game; 

Provide the required contact information (such as name and email address); and 

Click or tap to spin the digital wheel for a chance to win one of the listed prizes. 

By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and to receive communications related to the promotion and prize redemption. 

 
5. Prizes: 

Each spin will randomly result in one of the following five outcomes:

6. Prize Redemption: 

  • Prizes must be redeemed by 31 December 2025. 

  • To redeem, winners must present their unique prize code at the time of ordering. 

  • Discounts apply only to new orders placed with Cabjaks before the redemption deadline. 

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  • Only one discount offer may be applied per order. 

7. Verification: 

Cabjaks reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or who provides false information. 

 
8. General Conditions: 

  • The outcome of each spin is determined by chance and cannot be influenced or altered. 

  • Cabjaks accepts no responsibility for any technical issues (e.g., internet connection problems) that may prevent participation. 

  • Cabjaks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion for any circumstances it deems relevant.

  • The decision of Cabjaks in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

 
9. Privacy: 

Personal information collected through this promotion will be used by Cabjaks for the purposes of administering the competition and may be used for marketing purposes in accordance with Cabjaks’ Privacy Policy. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time. 

 
10. Liability: 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cabjaks is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of participation in the promotion or use of any prize.
