- Eligibility: The competition is open to residents aged 18 and above. Employees of Cabjaks Assembly Limited, its affiliates and immediate family members are not eligible.
- Entry: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants can enter the competition by Submitting an entry form on the website. Agreement to competition terms and conditions includes agreement to receiving Cabjaks marketing communications.
- Prize: The winner will receive a kitchen credit worth $7,000 incl GST. The credit can be used toward the purchase of kitchen products and services from Cabjaks Assembly Limited. If the winner has made a purchase from Cabjaks since the competition commencement date 6th June 2024 that purchase will be refunded in cash to a maximum value of the prize.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. The draw will be made on Monday the 2nd of September 2024. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Notification: The winner will be notified via email/phone/social media within 48 hours of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 5 working days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
- Prize Conditions: The kitchen credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as detailed above. Any expenses not specified herein are the winner's responsibility. The prize must be redeemed by 31st December 2024 unless agreed in writing prior to that date.
- Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- Disputes: This competition is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
- Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Cabjaks Assembly Limited and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this competition or any prize won.
